An ecological garden in Montmorency

Permaculture vegetable garden

This eco-responsible vegetable garden was created for an experienced gardener who wanted to use only organic seeds in order to eat healthily and respect biodiversity. At the beginning, the state of the soil required special attention. In order to make it workable, "lasagna mounds" were built with several layers of organic matter. After two years, the garden became very productive thanks to the permaculture technique of feeding the soil with organic matter. Growing fruits and vegetables, but also spices and flowers makes the garden not only productive but also pleasant for insects and humans.

What about you? How do you imagine your garden?
