Landscape Master Plan | Camping les Sablons
Glamping at Les Sablons
Landscaped Camping on the Mediterranean Coast
Camping les Sablons offers a luxurious 5-star glamping experience along the stunning French Mediterranean coast. As a high-end camping destination, the site is designed in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings. Our mission was to rethink and redesign the landscape master plan, with a focus on enhancing pedestrian circulation and unifying the different areas of the site.
An Eco Corridor for Improved Navigation
The 20-hectare site features a newly designed Eco Corridor, created to enhance orientation and unify the landscape’s various zones. This sustainable pathway not only improves pedestrian circulation but also supports the biodiversity of the area by connecting key green spaces and fostering a harmonious relationship between nature and visitors.
The Eco Corridor acts as a green link, guiding guests through lush, natural surroundings and contributing to the overall ecological balance of the site.
Permaculture, Organic Swimming Pools, and Future Expansion
In addition to the landscaped gardens, the site also includes a permaculture garden, which provides an educational experience for guests while promoting sustainable gardening practices. This garden not only enhances biodiversity but also offers fresh, organic produce to the campsite.
A key feature of the future expansion plan includes the design of organic swimming pools (also known as natural swimming pools), which will be chemical-free and integrated into the surrounding landscape. These pools will use natural filtration systems and plant life to create a clean, eco-friendly swimming environment, further enhancing the ecological values of the site.
Looking ahead, Camping les Sablons also has plans for the creation of a new park, expanding the green spaces and making this glamping destination a haven for nature lovers.
