Las Vegas Desert, USA

Dry garden

This garden is located in the community of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project uses local stone and drought tolerant vegetation typical of the Mojave desert region, which survives with minimal or no maintenance, reducing the need for water. The garden is a true outdoor living space: indoor and outdoor living spaces are an extension of each other. The outdoor fireplace is thus a centerpiece of the home's interior. Around the house, the paths and terraces are made of poured concrete slabs. Plants are planted around rocks that serve as side tables.

And you? How do you imagine your garden?
